Apoyo is a volcano crater that has filled up with fresh water, and has some of the best swimming around. We walked many miles to get there, but it was well worth it. The volcano is supposedly not active, though I did see some very suspicious bubbles coming up behind Don. Here are a few shots of the crater and our walk there.
