PADI Girl: A transformation.
Utila is a small ŽBay IslandŽoff the east coast of Honduras. It was my second time there and just as good as the first, save the lack of whale shark action. Cat took the big plunge and earned her open water and advanced certification, as well as general admiration for her grace and style underwater. (see below)
I also went for my rescue diver certification. This is a grueling, exhausting process and it was a great personal challenge. As I emerged from the shop clutching my temporary rescue diver card prepared to receive glorious praise..the masses ran up to me and exclaimed.....
Sweet mother mermaid, your girl sure do have STYLE!
